*CDP and CAEMA tuition includes CDP session two and CAEMA session one ONLY. Participants planning to attend the AACEM/AAAEM Annual Retreat in its entirety are required to register.

For adult guests (18 and over), the price to attend the Opening Reception (Sunday, March 19, 2023; 6:30pm) and the Awards Luncheon (Tuesday, March 21, 2023; 1:00pm) is $50 per event. Please see the registration link to add guests at these events. Children under 18 can attend these events at no cost but should still be noted via the registration.

Host Hotel

The Laguna Cliffs Marriott Resort & Spa, 25135 Park Lantern, Dana Point, California, is the official host hotel for the 2023 AACEM/AAAEM Annual Retreat. This Orange County escape provides awe-inspiring views of the Pacific Ocean. Throughout our resort, enjoy a casually sophisticated setting across the guest rooms, restaurants and full-service spa. Take advantage of the Californian sun and make a splash and relish the coastal breeze in our pools.

Reservations

Note: The reserved room block is SOLD OUT and is no longer accepting new lodging reservations. You can manage your existing reservation through this online portal. However, if you need assistance in securing a sleeping room, please contact the hotel directly at (949)-661-5000.

Administrators, please plan to arrive at the resort before 1:00pm PT on Sunday, March 19th, for the AAAEM General Session.

Chairs and Vice Chairs, please plan to arrive at the resort before 6:30pm PT on Sunday, March 19th, for the AACEM/AAAEM Retreat Welcome Reception.

Programming ends on Wednesday, March 22, at 12:30pm PT.

Air Travel

The John Wayne Airport (code: SNA) located in Santa Ana, CA is the most convenient option, located 24 miles from the resort. Other airport options include the Los Angeles International Airport (code: LAX) and the San Diego International Airport (code: SAN), both located 60 miles from the resort.

Transportation

Car Rentals, taxis, and ride share options are available at all the nearby major airport options. For those renting a car or driving, the discounted overnight parking rate at the resort is $32 per day.
